At Polymaker, we strive for precision in every print; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the 3D printing materials or hardware in the original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service department.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
